In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting a variety of office and home furniture, including chairs, tables, cabinets, and more. You will work with state-of-the-art machinery and tools, such as CNC machines, power drills, and sanders, to ensure precision and efficiency in your work. Daily, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assemble and inspect office and home furniture, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Operate and maintain CNC machines, power tools, and other machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and tools.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to identify and resolve any defects.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality control.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in furniture assembly and production.
- Proven experience with CNC machines and power tools.
- Strong knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.
- Willingness to travel to different production sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
