📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and PRTG.
• Conduct routine checks and troubleshoot network issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement network solutions and improvements.
• Provide first-line support to internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of service quality.
• Document network configurations, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
• Participate in on-call duties to address critical network issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in network operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of network security protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in network operations or a related role.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
