📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate medical consultations, treatment plans, and patient communications between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Assist dentists and dental hygienists in explaining procedures and aftercare instructions to Mandarin-speaking patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and medical records.
• Collaborate with the clinic's management team to improve communication protocols and patient services.
• Attend to administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in dental healthcare to provide informed advice to patients.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical or dental translation.
• Certification in Medical Translation (e.g., from the American Translators Association or similar) is a plus.
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, SDL Trados Studio, or MemoQ.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working in a healthcare environment is a significant advantage.
