Pusat Eko Health Center is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of our staff.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training sessions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
