📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation,Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Provide technical writing training and support to team members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to simplify complex information,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Familiarity with coffee industry standards and regulations is a plus
