📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Manage and develop the team, providing training and mentoring as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular performance reviews and appraisals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and develop a team.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
