📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and implement inventory control systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse policies.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage warehouse staff and ensure they are properly trained and motivated.,Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
