PT Bukit Persada is looking for a dedicated and responsible Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and assets. This is a full-time position located in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with security protocols.,Respond to emergencies and security incidents promptly and effectively.,Maintain and operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.,Interview and screen visitors to ensure they are authorized to be on the premises.,Prepare and maintain security reports and logs.,Work with other security personnel to ensure the safety of the facility and its occupants.,Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.,Good physical fitness and the ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Valid driver's license (preferred).,Knowledge of security equipment and procedures.,Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
