📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their cargo needs and solutions.
Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics and cargo industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the logistics and cargo industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
