Mandiri Insurance is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to join our team in Palopo. As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Conduct supplier evaluations and recommend improvements to procurement processes.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis for management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
