📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.,Oversee the management of the company's budget and financial resources.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all operational staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
