📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including stock management, sales, and customer service.,Lead and train a team of shop assistants to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to meet or exceed them.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Promote the store's products and services to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a leadership position.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg of weight.
