📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow customer relationships to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Promote Honda’s motorcycle range through effective marketing strategies, including social media, events, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Assist in organizing and executing promotional events and trade shows.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and Honda’s latest products and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Proficient in using sales and marketing software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
• Knowledge of Honda’s products and market trends is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
