📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily financial transactions, including bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.
• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Provide financial support to other departments, including sales, operations, and human resources, as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices, and provide training and guidance to other team members as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial operations role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Xero for financial record-keeping and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
