📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee all financial accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and manage our tax compliance efforts, including annual tax filings, VAT, and other tax obligations.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and internal processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with our international team to manage cross-border financial transactions and tax implications.
• Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance.
• Provide financial guidance and support to the management team to drive strategic decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a tax-related role.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Certification in tax accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both local and international teams.
