📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
• Promote XLSmart products effectively, both in-store and through digital channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Salesforce.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Salesforce for sales tracking and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Passion for retail and consumer products.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as required.
