📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement operational strategies and plans.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and motivated.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of inventory.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and presented.,Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Participate in store meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience with inventory management and sales tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
