📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities.,Support the HR team in conducting HR audits and reviews.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Good organizational and time management skills.
