📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the plastic industry is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
