Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies and goals,Managing and mentoring a team of employees,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Representing the department at meetings and events,Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports to senior management,Identifying and addressing departmental challenges and opportunities,Ensuring the department meets its financial targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of industry best practices and trends,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with HR management and employee relations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
