📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and recover overdue accounts with a focus on timely payments
- Implement and monitor collection strategies to improve recovery rates
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve collection issues
- Utilize Salesforce and SAP for tracking and managing collections
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or customer service in the financial services industry
- Proven track record of successful collections and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and best practices
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
