Mandiri Cemerlang is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage the accounting team and delegate tasks effectively.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
