Bright Local Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Manage the store's budget and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the store and the achievement of company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
