New City Builders, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Safety Officer to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of all construction activities on our projects. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the safety and success of our projects in one of the world's most beautiful locations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards and risks.,Provide safety training and education to project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.,Investigate and report on accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.,Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure that safety requirements are integrated into project planning and execution.,Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations, standards, and best practices in the construction industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in a safety-related role within the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety Officer or a similar professional designation is preferred.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards, including OSH Act, ILO conventions, and ISO standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, and to foster a strong safety culture within an organization.,Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment is a plus.
