📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of a specific section within the organization.,Ensuring that all team members are performing at their best and that they have the resources they need to succeed.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the section.,Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborating with other department heads to ensure that all sections are working together effectively.,Providing leadership and support to team members, including coaching and mentoring.,Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed within the section.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
