📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize restaurant performance through data analysis and process improvement.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain accurate financial records and manage budgets.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and other necessary items.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.
• Experience with POS systems such as QuickBooks, Toast, or Clover.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine and culinary practices is a plus.
