📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide first-line technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Manage and maintain the company's IT systems, including email, databases, and other applications.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.
  • Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.
  • Work with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT systems.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficient in using IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and others.
  • Good understanding of network infrastructure and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
