📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.

Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition.

Coordinate with drivers and mechanics for timely maintenance and repairs.

Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency.

Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles for deliveries.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance.

Handle any fleet-related emergencies or incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management.

Knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid driver's license is a plus.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
