PT Akasia Rahayu is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Kediri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial in supporting our operational activities and maintaining a high standard of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate vehicle schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintenance, and coordinate with service providers as needed.,Manage vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and maintenance records.,Oversee driver performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.,Coordinate with logistics and operational teams to ensure seamless vehicle deployment and retrieval.,Provide support to the fleet management system and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
