📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to implement solutions and improvements.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new systems and equipment.
• Provide technical support to property management staff and residents.
• Participate in emergency response and maintenance during non-business hours if required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Building Technician or similar role in the MEP industry.
• Proven experience in maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing systems (e.g., BIM, LEED, or other relevant certifications).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
